Located at 8015 West Alameda Avenue, this 24-year-old property is seated in the thriving Belmar and Lakewood Civic Center community. It is also conveniently located to St. Anthony's Hospital, RTD's new Federal Central Station, and the 2013 site of the light rail station.

Medical office buildings are on the move in metro Denver, as evidenced by two recent sales. Centum Health Properties LLC bought the Belmar Medical and Professional Building, 8015 W. Alameda Ave., in Lakewood. The health care real estate firm said it plans to give the 24-year-old, three-story building “a significant face lift on the interior and exterior.” Centum bought the property for $1.8 million from Coolidge Liquid Equities LLC.
