Virginia R. Hartmere is the Chief Operating Officer of Centum Health Properties. She is responsible for optimizing the CHP team’s performance and ensuring continued standards of excellence as Centum grows.
Virginia joined CHP in 2016 with over 15 years of management and leadership experience. She is excited to translate the company’s strategic vision into profitable operations while cultivating the passion and strengths of each employee. Virginia is an experienced project manager, strategic thinker and detail-oriented executive.
Virginia started her career in hospital administration at St. Vincent's Hospital in Manhattan learning many of the unique challenges facing the Healthcare industry. During her time at St. Vincent's, she implemented information technology solutions, spearheaded a multi-departmental organizational redesign and standardized processes to increase operational efficiencies. More recently, Virginia served as a coalition director facilitating and leading a community-based, public health model to mobilize community leaders to improve the health of young people. She led and developed a high-performing team and comprehensive plan to effect community change.
Virginia graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelors of Art in Sociology and Anthropology. Virginia enjoys skiing, hiking, playing tennis and being the mother of four children.
